1991 Evinrude Starflite 100HP - Not starting

I have replaced the amp and coil last season and it was running all good. Have come to end of ski season here so have had the boat out a few times and it is not running so well.

Will start fine and run for 20mins or so then just die and not start again. Spark plug are all good, fuel sems to be getting in OK. I am at a bit of a loss to what is wrong with it now.

Any help would be appreciated......

It could be an ignition issue. Weak ignition components tend to fail once the engine warms up to normal operating temps. Run the engine till it dies, then check each spark plug wire for spark when you activate the starter. An inductive timing light works well for this. The flashes in the gun will show good spark, weak spark, intermittents, etc. It's unlikely that all 4 coils went at once, so you should look closely at the power pack, stator and the timer/sensor base.
