They were quite good when they left the factory.-------Now 30 years later it is all about the number of hours and care it has received.-----Any pictures ?
These are the only 2 photos I have. I just picked up the engine yesterday it’s still in the bed of my truck. I have to pick up my stand and pulled out of the bed of the truck probably mid week or next weekend
I got the motor very cheap. Gentlemen said still runs and has 90 psi on all holes. He got a free Yamaha from his cousin. Said it ran well then while running at TopSpeed sound of motor would change and almost seem like it was lugging. He gave me a spare set of carbs and two power packs. Once I get on the stand I wanna takeoff the fly wheel and check the magnets and check the stater in timing base. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
