what are the recomended spark plugs for a 1991 200hp johnson? 2nd question what is quick start, ive heard it mentioned but is clueless

OMC recomends for sustained low speed, champion QL77JC4 or L77JC4 gaped at 0.030 for high speed Champion QUL77V or UL77V ( non-adjustable )
