hi,
I am new to this forum, I am curently looking at purchasing a 1992 bayliner from a friend. The boat is in awesome condition but hasn't been ran since last year. Is there anything needs to be done before starting it? New gas??? Also the only other flaw that I found is that the motor is stuck in the up position and cannot go down, the guy tells me that he thinks that there is air in the hydraulic lines. What do y'all think it could be? The boat has been barn stored out of the elements. He wants $3,000.00 for the boat, is that a fair price? I was going to try and get it at $2500.00 but I am no sure if he'll go that low.
IDK what info you need,
4.3 mercruiser
18ft long, not sure what the model number is
1992
Bayliner Capri
Never been in saltwater
