It smokes a little when first cranked, but my main problem is that with the throttle at full power I'm only getting about 1/4 power. I have put in new plugs and changed the inline filter. It diddnt help. I just purchased a o&m manual but I could use a point in the right direction on what to check. I was thinking possibly the carb.
