Just got my carbs all cleaned and i take it out on the lake and motor will not start. Took it to my local mechanic and he said that it is either the power pack or the stator. My question is, how difficult are these to change out. I would like to try to do the work myself. is there any way to check to see which one is failing. The darn thing started right up last week and now nothing at all. any info would be greatly appreciated.
