1992 Evinrude VRO 90 HP head bolts torque spec?

I don't have a manual yet as I just purchased the boat (will be ordering one soon). Does anyone know what I should torque the head bolts to?

My manual for an 85 'Rude 90hp says the torque on the cylinder head bolts is 18-20ft-lbs.
