I have a triple carb setup.

1. How dificult is it to rebuild these carbs? (I have rebult 4bbl carbs for cars)

2. Is there anything I have to do after they go back on the engine to "sync" the carbs?

3. Is there ANYTHING I should know before I jump in headfirst?

1. Not really that difficult especially if you've played with carbs before.

2. Yes, you have to lync and sync

3. Get a clymer or oem manual - it goes through the whole process step by step including the lync and sync which if you don't do right, will be a problem.

Re: 1992 Force 150hp carb rebuild

I just rebuilt the carbs on the same exact outboard as yours. It was very simple and straight forward with no hidden surprises like you find on a automobile 4 barrel. I have a short version of a Force shop manual with all the details you will need to do the rebuild and then lync and sink as well as timing settings. PM me if you would like a copy.

I offer this because of all the help I have received form one heck of a great group of people on this board and just want to "Pay It Forward".

The link and sync should be pretty much straight forward procedure, especially if you have the right manual to follow. Keep us posted on your results ,as it may help some one else
