Greetings, a while ago I posted about my 1992 Force 120HP Outboard stalling out when throttled up. I took it in for repair and it was found that the floats in the carbs were wrong ( which makes little sense since they were the original parts). I got the boat back after some more work including new fuel pump and starter and took the boat out for a run. The engine still seems to be choking out at high speeds. The mechanic says there is no water in the fuel, and the boat runs just fine on the ramp and in the shop. Is it possible that the bumping around on the water at high speeds is causing some kind of problem? I do plan on taking the mechanic out on the water to see if we can duplicate the problem, but I wouldnt mind another perspective.
