1992 Johnson 150 HP V6 O/B engine stalls at RPM range of 750 to 1150

My 1992 Johnson 150 HP V6 engine seems to stall constantly in the RPM range of 750 RPM to 1150 RPM. Under 750 RPM, I could drive all day with no problems. Over 1150 RPM, I could again drive all day with no problems. Have replaced the Electronic Power Pack as well as the Optical Sensor with negative results. New fuel pump replacement did not help. Recent tune-up did not help.

Did the pack and sensor come in same box?
