1992 Johnson 175 Silver Star not getting fuel.

I just got a 1992 Grady White 190 in a trade but it does not run. I was told it was a fuel issue. I removed what I'm guessing in the supply fuel line and I'm not getting any fuel coming out because the primer(squeeze thingy) his hard as a rock. I've never owned a boat or took a cover off an outboard, it seems maybe a clogged line? I just don't know where

A 1991 model.------You showed the oil tank in that one picture.-----It has VRO " automatic oil injection "-----But up to you to verify that system is working.--=--Learn about the electric primer valve , as the red lever appears to be in the wrong position.-----Start with a compression test.----Post the numbers here.-----Then check for spark ( 3/8" gap ) on all leads.-----I suspect that there are issues with this motor !

If your pumping the Primer (squeezy thing) in the picture, your squeezing the oil system primer, not the fuel primer

Manual wise, E-bay is probably your best bet for hard copy.
