i have a 1992 johnson faststrike 150. Earlier this summer i took it out and it would plain out the first time. then when id stop it would go any higher then 2000 RPM. so i clean the carbs and it ran great all day, at the end of the day i noticed it started taking a long time to plain out and it wont go any faster then 40MPH (4300) rpms. normally it does 60MPH with 5000 RPM. Any thoughts? im getting frustrated
