1992 Mariner 115 Lower Unit Needed

I've just got taken on Ebay by a seller that sold me a "real good" running motor, but after 8 minutes on the water, the gears in the lower unit broke. I am tapped for cash after buying this motor, so any help would be appreciated as to how I should remedy this in the least expensive manner available.

If anyone knows of a reasonably priced lower unit I would be interested if the price was right.
