Seems to not be running on all cylinders. Here's a video of it running. Copy and paste in the web browser. https://youtu.be/Q9vCLygobmI

So I pulled the flywheel off, the stator “looks” fine, not melted or anything. The trigger has a crack on it though should this be alarming? I have a digital multimeter and I’m curious as to how you bench test the trigger and stator. (What setting/wires to touch)

Stator: It has two shrink wrapped groups of wires. One group is (4) yellow wires (2) of the wires go to one voltage regulator and (2) go to the other voltage regulator. I saw that the connections from (2) of the stator yellow wires to the voltage regulator wires were burnt/melted. What does this mean?

Stator: The other group has (8) wires. (2) black ground wires. (1) blue/white striped (2) red/white striped (2) solid red (1) solid blue. How do I bench test this stator and what setting do I put the multimeter on?

Trigger: The trigger has a crack on it. The trigger has (6) wires coming from it. (3) of them go to one switch box, (3) of them go to the other switch box. The colors are (purple, white, and brown.) How do I bench test the trigger and what setting do I put the multimeter on?

If you read this far thank you and any help would be greatly appreciated.
