1992 Thunderbolt IV how to set timing

I just finished a tune up and need to set the timing.
How do I lock the module into base timing?

No need on a TB IV.......
Just point the light & bring it to the proper setting.....​

yeah i think just TB V you have to ground that wire for base timing
