1992 to 1997 Johnson 175 hookup

I had a 1992 Johnson 175 WHR on a Bass boat with key on the dash. I changed it to a 1997 fast strike 175. The 92 has a small round plug and a big round plug. The 97 has 2 square plugs. Do have to change out all my controls? Do they make a conversion kit? If so what is the part #?

Yes, there are adaptor harnesses. Just go to any J / E dealer and they'll probably have them is stock. You're looking for the adaptors for a 1995 & older boat harness to a 1996 & newer motor harness.
