Ran on muffs after changing water pump - ran fine.
Turned it off, did a compression test - good - all 110 or so.
Tried to start again later and won't start. It spits and tries but won't get going. I put it in the water today and same problem. I finally got it to fire but it would only run at high idle after a lot of coaxing. At idle, it stalls. I was able to get it in gear and at full throttle, only about 2500 rpm and very little power. As if a couple cylinders are gone. Still spitting. It's not shotgun loud so I don't think it's backfiring.
Any ideas?
