Afternoon all,
Its been a few months since I've started the motor. It starts right up when using the choke and idles fine at about 1300rpm. After about a few minutes it will drop down to 1000rpm or so. For some reason I remember dropping lower. Does 1000rpm at idle in neutral sound right?
Second, what should I be reading at the batteries for a charge voltage? A volt or 2 more than the base battery voltage?
Lastly, upon the first startup the temp gauge came right up after warming up to about 160 or so. Shut it down. Did a couple things. Then started it back up and the gauge goes to 120 and stops and will not move past there. Is there a sending unit or something that sends a signal to my gauge? How can I tell if its my gauge or the sending unit?
Thanks
Sid
