200hp Mariner Wh-31 carbs, serial start with 0A***** I'm struggling, the manual doesn't show a Wh-31 option. The carbs on the back, have small brass Jets, side by side in a kidney slot. My middle carb has two .096 jets. the top has the left one missing, and the bottom has the right missing. Does anyone know what sizes are suppose to be in there? Maybe a chart or diagram? I'd love to find a manual, any know of one for this carb?

knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

OA is not gonna be anywhere close ta '93.. early ta mid '80's serial number.. tha last year tha WH series used was 1990.... yours is maybe '85 give or take a coupla either side..

that particular carb is almost impossible to track down for information on jetting.. tha jetting you refer to above is called "vent" jetting and probably right like they are.. merc tried some things with those to try to improve fuel mileage?.. doesn't really mater if it has some vent jets here and there or none at all. not to worry there.

Thanks for the reply dukedog, When I look up alot of wh carbs they only show having a #12 vent Bowl jet., this carb Is like the picture attached, It shows a #12 Main jet? and a #13 vent bowl jet. As stated my top carb has a 96 jet on the #13 vent hole, middle carb has 96 in both holes, the bottom carb has a 96 #12 hole. Do you feel there all vent holes? Also, if i did it to spec, like the picutre shows for a OD serial number v200 its calls out for a vent .084, and a main of .046. Will that make me run lean?

there is nothing anywhere that tells tha jetting of tha WH 31 series for whatever reason. even merc service doesn't have tha jetting for tha 31... nothing tells what vent jets are used and what holes.. tha vent jetting is a non issue so don't think twice about whats in there... unless there is some reason you think they have been changed (main/idle jets) I would not worry 'bout it.. virtually all WH's look identical which makes determining jetting dependent on having tha right number and a chart that shows that number jetting..

"like the picutre shows for a OD serial number v200 its calls out for a vent .084, and a main of .046."

serial number doesn't mean that it has a particular WH carb. tha parts list will tell ya which one but tha 31 is not listed on any of them..basically ya beatin' a dead horse findin' idle/main jet sizes for that carb.. plus that chart you are looking at for a serial number that starts with "OD" will not show a WH series.. OD numbers came with tha '91 and above and WMH series carburetors....
