1993 23' Larson Hampton - Bathroom Vent Replacement

Anyone have any suggestion how to replace the vent from the bathroom to the outside of the boat? The vent got damaged so I need to replace it however I have not figured out how to get to the from the inside of the boat... In the bathroom it appears there might be a sections of the wall that pulls out for access however I cannot see how it comes out and I am afraid to really pull on it.

Any suggestions...

I've found lately that you're going to have to improvise solutions on boats of our vintage.
