1993 5.0 Ford Cobra won't start

I ran about 20 minutes at low speed. I then opened it up and while my other engine ran at 4300RPMS as usual this one wouldn't get above 3800rpms. It also started to run rough. I shut the motor down. Now the motor won't start at all. It just cranks and has fire but won't start. Should I be looking for a fuel problem or electrical

If by fire you mean spark, I'd be looking for a fuel issue.

I hve fuel leaving both fuel pumps but How do I know if I have enough fuel pressure? Spark thru the plugs power to fuel pumps and fuel present on load side of pump. So I have fuel and spark but no running motor. After I let the boat sit overnite and try and start the first initial turn of the key seems to try and start but after that nothing but cranking

If he has more than one fuel pump, yes it's EFI.
Better have an OEM (NOT Seloc or Clymers) service manual, and the test equipment to check ALL the possibilities. Fuel pressure gauges, DVM, way to check codes, and either a breakout box or a lot of cool jumper wires.

Yes it is. 5.0 OMC Cobra Multiport fuel injection. It has 2 fuel pumps one is at the fuel seperator and the other is prior to the injectors What should the fule pressure be? Or am I looking in the wrong direction
