1993 70 hp need a part identified

The sleave that the ball on this part sits in is broken. Can someone tell me the name of it,maybe a part number and where I can buy it? Can I just get the sleave or does it come with the part with the ball on it? I have not been able to find anything at the places I usually buy my parts which includes iboats. Any help will be much appreciated, thanks.
