1993 90hp v4 evinrude questions

Hi everyone I just bought this motor off of craigslist. The guy said it was a 1993 v4 (evinrude), I think I believe nim, but where do I find the model #? I also noticed that the steering pivot is quite rusty. Is this replacable should i be concerned? thank you:redface:

I have a 93 v4 johnson. the model number is on a plate in the mounting bracket. may need to tilt up to see it.
Should read like TE90LETS or similar

steeering arm upper mount can rust out. I had one rust thru and it was heck to change.
A mechanic said it would be a cold dday in hell before it rusted through. Guess the Devil shivered.
I would treat with OSPHO and coat with rust inhibative paint
