4.3 engine with a. 3 blade 21 pitch. Boat seems to run flat even if trimmed up all the way. My prop is old no cupping and hardly any rake. I get 45 mph at 4800 rpm. Holeshot is good. Eveyone thinks it runs flat. Was looking at a alpha as blade 20 pitch. Would I get more bow lifft? Or suggestions? Thanks.

I was told with an I/o you want to lift the stern. This is what solara(or whatever the prop company is called) told me. If you get a verified 45mph I wouldn't complain

I have a 94 SSV 175 with the 3.0LX. I run a a Turning Point 14.25X23 ss 3 blade and love it. Tons of lift, still has great hole shot and tops out at 50mph.
