1993 Johnson 140TX

Hi All, New to forum, Recently bought an old Formula23 converted to Twin 140 Johnsons with CR. Standard rotation engine is J140TXECT...Had to replace FWD gears after 1st run, yea, shoulda test drove....heres my problem, ordered parts, Seals for prop shaft are too big, shaft in engine as it turns out is 1 3/16..Counter rotating one is 1 1/4...so anyone know what motor i should look at or
correct part number for 1 3/16 seals....looks like someone has pieced together this motor..
