1993 Johnson 15hp.no spark at plugs

hello all! I just got this motor last winter.it has not been ran for nine years.cleaned & put carb kit.& water pump kit. changed lower unit oil.then turned it over to check for spark.& there is none. could use some help!! the two motors I got last winter are the first out board that I have ever had . so I no not a thing about them.how Meany coils are there on this? Roger.

Does anyone know what DVA stand for in a Ignition system? I'm testing this system. and would like to know what some of these terms are. thanks Roger.
