1993 Kayot Ultima Deckboat for $900

I recently found a guy who has a Kayot deckboat. He explained how some kids put it in the water for him, but forgot to put in the drain plug. The boat became a submarine overnight, and was pulled out of the water in the morning. When he tried to start it, it wouldn't even respond. Apparently, the floor and upholstery are all in good condition. The boat is titled, and, is sold without a trailer. Is this a good buy??

it's a big gamble. for a boat 16 years old, that has been submerged, no trailer, he should be paying you to remove it.

I thought so, I was wondering about the boat whenever I saw it. I read his new ad today about it and he explained how "If this boat is not sold by Monday, I will just pull the plug and let it sink again!!" I would think that this type of seller is the kind potential boat buyers should stay away from (it also sounds like he took really good care of it).
