Engine starts fine but idles rough engine misses then puffs blue smoke through the exhaust. I ran Seafoam through it and the puff stopped during idle but returns if you advance the throttle linkage. Today I noticed a small puddle of black oily liquid that dripped from lower exhaust out of the propeller hub. All running has been on muffs in the driveway. Carb looks wet on the outside. Looks like fuel dripping from throttle plate shaft. I think that a carb rebuild is order- is there any other issues I should be looking at? Thanks
