1993 Mastercraft Prostar 190 ~ Hot start issues..

Hello all,

For the second Summer in a row.. I am having issues with my 1993 Mastercraft Prostar 190. The boat runs and drives fine on initial start up, but it WILL NOT hot start. Once it has ran for at least 30 minutes all it will do is crank, crank & crank.

- 351 indmar engine
- New plugs
- New wires
- Ordering a new distributor cap today
- Holley carburetor

Durin' those 30 minutes is when ya gotta be Diagnosin' yer Issue, insteaa just throwin' parts at it, hopin' for a hit on a fix...

Durin' those 30 minutes, there either No spark, No fuel, or possibly too much fuel....
Checkin' the sparkplugs durin' those 30 minutes will tell ya, Which direction to proceed in....

Go for another Test ride, 'n bring yer tool kit, with atleast a sparkplug wrench, 'n test light in it...

What Ignition is on it,..?? Points,..?? Electronic,..?? Who's,..??

Does it have a Condensor? Seem to remember that senario with a bad one.
