I will try to make short. Had motor on muffs a few weeks ago ran good. Put on the river fired right up ran great. Steering cable snapped. While parts were on order, replaced carpet. Tripped kill switch while doing carpet. parts came in, dropped off took few days to fix cable. Got boat back cool beans. Went fishing next morning no start cranked for a while nothing. I forgot about kill switch must have flooded pretty bad would not start at all. took home replaced plugs let sit till next day. took back to river fired up after few cranks. boat ran great got on plane about 3/4 throttle nice. all of a sudden stalls. total loss of power. turn key silent nothing. few seconds later turn key one click nothing wait few minutes starts up but running really ruff like on 5 cyc. Get back home wtf. check plugs loose wires nothing seems wrong so next day take back to river same exact thing I mean it stalled in exact same spot on river about 1 mile up stream both times. maybe fuel, elec, overheating. did hear faint hissing from powerhead but went away quickly. any help. also hear are picks of 3 wires just hanging out looked at wire diagram looks like temp gauge sender ?? should these wires be connected. I do have wiring diagram for power head would not let me upload pdf. file to big. I can email it to you.

Dave
