1993 OMC Cobra 5.0 which oil filter and water filter? Having trouble sourcing Sierra

Currently have:
Oil Filter: Sierra 18-7875
Fuel Filter: Sierra 18-7789

Having a hard time sourcing the same products. Either the price is ridiculous or shipping time frame is pushing 1 month.

Can I use the following: (Can have delivered next day at normal pricing)

Oil Filter: Quicksilver 35-802886Q
Fuel Filter: Quicksilver 35-802893Q01

I don't know why I am having such a hard time cross referencing these products...

1993 OMC could be a Ford 5.0L. If it is, than a FL1A oil filter will do. Fram 8873 would work as a cross reference for a GM filter. Beyond nicer paint there is no reason for a marine filter, especially if you change your oil like you should.

G791 is a good cross reference for the fuel filter
