We were given a 1993 Seadoo sp with a perfect hull. We would like to turn it in to the sneekest little sleeper ski and yet retain its reliability. We believe the best way to achieve this sneeky manuver would be to transplant a bigger engine into it. How big can we equip this little frankenstein project? How much alteration do you guys think would be required-ignition, cupler, motor mounts, pump assembly, etc...

you can do 720 engine with 85 hp but you will be reinventing the wheel so to speak and it won't beat most skies it is an out dated hull, sea doo used the next generation sp hull and put in a 110hp 787 and renamed it an xp, and those are obsolete now.
