1993 Wellcraft worth fixing

I bought this boat to help with my sister divorce. They never covered the boat and it sat in the weather for 4 years. Now that I finally brought it home, I see that the cushions are ruined and the floor has rotted in certain spots. Can someone take a look at these pictures and let me know if its worth fixing.

You might be able to part it out (means selling parts from it )Fixing it could be a lot of work tell me more EFitzp246@aol.com plus where are you? Ed
