1994 120 Johnson Overcharging

The volt meter is pegged out to the plus side. Is there a voltage regulator and if so, where is it located? Any other causes?

Get the factory service book.
yeh... sounds like regulator.
battery cables are clean and tight right?

looks to be about $100.
its a rectifier/regulator.
