1994 40hp Johnson schematic

Hi,
Im after an electrical schematic for a 1994 Johnson 40hp, model number BJ40TLERE.

I have no charge to the battery and want to make sure the wires are connected correctly.
This motor has the rectifier/regulator with the cooling fins.

Your help would be much appreciated.

whats the new screw? theres a red wire from the solenoid to the t-strip I believe that goes with the red rectifier lead, I think there is a metal clip that connects the two on the t-strip. The red on the solenoid is on the batt side.

This is a mates motor which I had a quick look at.

Yeah it looks like someones lost a screw recently and put a new one in there. So could be something to do with it.

Ok, I will find out if that red wire is coming from the rectifier. And if it is I might run a new wire to the solenoid.

If the rectifier/regulator doesn't see 12v at that red wire, will it still put out a charge? Because at the moment there is no voltage at that wire when its running.
