1994 75hp 2 stroke 3 cyl enrichment valve

Hey all, been reading for a few months first time posting. hopefully someone can shed dome light on this. i cant find much info about the enrichner valve.

i have fuel coming out of the hose from the carb to the valve. does it go to the top or bottom port on the valve?

i get the click from it but no fuel shooting out of the valve ports when pressing the key in.(tried it with the carb outlet hose on top and bottom port of valve)

The fuel line from the carb goes to the top fitting, the line from the bottom fitting goes to the inline fitting between the upper and lower carbs. Does the manual operation work, ie; pump up the bulb until firm and then pressing and holding the manual operation button, do you get fuel out of the lower fitting?

If you have fuel coming in and none going out, manually or electrically, the valve is bad.

What is your engine s/n?

Hey thanks guy! I press it and it doesn't move much and nothing comes out. Even pulling up on it doesn't move it. Ill try again cause it's been a couple weeks since I tried manually doing it. 0d020019 is the sn.

If you would like to have a copy of the service manual, PM me with an email address and I will send a copy. The test for the valve is in there but with the information you have provided and nothing coming out electrically or manually, It is time to order a new one.

i did a little bit more testing. fuel deff comes out the carb fiting but only under gravity. and the enrichment valve is above the carb. how does it possibly get up there in a solid stream?

its weird cause it had always worked just fine always fired right away... seems strange it would just crap out all of a sudden.
