1994 Apex 17' Center Console RIB

I'm looking at getting a 1994 Apex RIB. It is the 17' version with a center console. Pictures of the boat look nice. I have never had a RIB before, and I would just like to know some problems that I may run into with a RIB this old and being in saltwater for all of it's life. I read that Hypalon can last for 20 years or so. Is this true?

Good Hypalon can last even longer than that...Apex isn't known for using the best though. It's definitely a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
