I have a 94 140hp Evinrude. The engine runs fine at idle, but occasionally the motor will starve for fuel. I have changed the fuel filter and gaskets, as well as the primer bulb. The gas tank vent is clear. After I did this the motor ran fine for a few days and is now back to the same problem.
Over around 2500 RPM the fuel bulb gets flat and cannot be pumped so i feel like the fuel pump itself is still working, its just not getting enough gas through.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Mike
