1994 Evinrude HE3RERM 3.3hp anybody know anything on this animal ??

friend wants me to look at his motor. It is not the usual Oldies I work on.
Even the ignition is to modern for me so hopefully just a good cleaning and point touch up will do it .

yes one set ... carb looks weird but it is a carb....

I think it is not a true Evinrude product.-----It is one of them there offshore motors.----Marketed by Mercury, Johnson , Evinrude and others.----Check that out on Mercury parts pages.----You will find a near identical motor with black paint !

yep.. real cousins...AT my age I prefer oldies mid 50s to mid 70s ;-)

I think it and the others you mentioned are rebadged Tohatsu / Nissan motors
