Hello everyone. This weekend I fired up the motor on muffs after sitting all winter and when it was cold it ran fine. Once it got hot it ran like total crap. If I throttled up it sound like it was missing on all cylinders. I then tried to cut it off and it would not turn off. When I turned the key to off it sounded like it cut the power but it just kept running like crap. I eventually disconnected a plug wire to get it to die. I then noticed the motor was very hot and the plastic nut for the temperature sensor the threads had melted. I suspected that the something was with the water pump so I dropped the lower unit and from what I could tell it looked fine. I then submerged the lower unit in a barrel and turned the drive shaft with a cordless impact and socket and could not see any water pumping. I am not sure what to try next. How fast does the drive shaft have to spin to pump water? Another thing I noticed is where the pee line comes out of the block I blew into the hose and could not blow into the engine at all. I am not sure of the thermostat is blocking or what? I then stuck a water hose directly into the water input on the motor and no water at all came out off the pee whole. Once again not sure if thermostat is the issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am going to attach pictures of the water pump. Do you see anything I am missing.

SO to sum it up here are the problems.
1, Ran good until got hot.
2. Would not turn off with key.
3. Top left cylinder was very hot it melted the temp sensor nut threads. this is also the cylinder where the pee line exits.
4. Would not turn off without taking off a plug wire.
5. Water pump appears not to pump.
