Engine runs fine until normal operating temp. It seems that one cylinder stops firing, and looses 300 RPM. This might last from 5 to 10 minutes and then back to normal. Its like you pulled a plug wire off. This problem always goes away after it has been shut down for awhile and cools off. It is not a miss like an overheat condition like "SLOW" mode. It will still run 4500 rpms.<br />The stator and power pack are new, and I think a coil is breaking down. Being they are hard to troubleshoot on the water, I guess I will replace all six of them. What is a cheap place to purchase coils? Thanks for any advice!

Man I didn't think I would ever say this but, "you need a manual". I just got a clymer for my v6 and it gives step by step directions for testing about every ignition component. I have read both your posts and you didn't mention if the problem is just at high rpms or across the board, but it does seem to be heat related. The only component that you can't test is the powerpack, but at least you can rule everything else out before you buy another pack.
