Been working on my 1994 searay with a 454 bravo 3 setup. Just got everything put back together new intake carb rebuilt ect. Now here lies the problem I need to change the oil before I run it long story short when the intake went bad it leaked water into engine then it sat its pre nasty. Normally I would run it get it hot and use the pump I connect to my drill that I got from west marine to get all the oil out. But I cant run it so the oil/water and whatever else is to thick. Does anyone know of a good pump or a better way to drain oil?.

You can get good 12v pumps that will do a decent job of it cold. Connect to the battery and tube down the dip stick.
Also on some of these engines after a certain age, they occasionally have a oil drain hose attached to the sump plug that can be fed out the bung plug. By this I mean the drain plug on the transom. Can’t remover what you guys call it over there. Takes a while but either will do it.

Water is on the bottom so no matter how much you suck out the dipstick, some water will be left behind. Warm or cold it doesn't matter, same result

If you can pull the drin plug and let it dump into the bilge, then your probably good. Removing the plug and installing a drain line will place part of the threads above the bottom, so same result

All this IMO

You could...if you felt like it...throw a few litres of diesel or flushing oil into the engine....pull the plugs and lanyard kill switch or king lead...and turn her over a few times. Would go some way to flushing the motor a little and loosen the emulsified stubborn areas...and thin the oil a little to make getting it out easier. Diesel will do no harm at all. Once you are back up and running. A few oil changes will see her right afterwards.

Not a bad idea may give it a shot before touching the drain plug.. and yea i plan to change oil quite a few times but at least once i do the first one it will be easy to change cause i can have a warm engine next time around.

Oil mixed with water is thicker than plain motor oil; it will never pump out cold. I had the same issue when I had blown head gaskets.
what I did:
got a heat gun & an IR temp gun.
Then heated the oil pan carefully to 150-170*, use the IR temp gun to monitor temps (be very careful around anything flammable) and when the oil/water mix gets hot enough it should pump out.
thats about how hot the oil gets when normally running on the water hose so it should not be too hot for the pump.
