I am considering a 1994 Neptune pontoon, 20 ft with a 40 hp Oil injected Johnson, drive-on trailer and accessories for $4000. Is this a good price? Except for a torn captains chair and a few seams that have splint on the seats, the boat is in great shape. Any suggestion?
