I have a 1994 Searay Sundancer I am having a problem with the on board charger/converter. I finally got it into the slip plugged into shore power went to test charger and nothing happens no voltage to battery or anything showing on unit. I get power to main panel hit the ac converter switch I assume thats the right one and nothing happens. I also looked around for fuses ect I see nothing this unit also looks original to the boat so I need some help troubleshooting it or finding a replacement. Pics below

Forums wont let me attach pics its giving me a error so here is the links of 3 pics

Judging by the rust on top of the charger it looks like its been wet more than a few times so its possible its died. Have you taken the connection cover off and checked to see if you have AC power to the charger? If so its probably dead. If no AC to the charger then you have other issues.

I have the same exact unit sitting in my garage from my 91 SeaRay, I'll take a look at it to see if there are any fuses inside.

Rule of thumb is the charger should have a minimum of 10% of the amps of the battery banks. In my case I had three 100 amp batteries so I needed a 30 amp charger. Here's a couple pics of the install.
