1995 Johnson 130hp looper. did routine maintenance on motor. compression 145 across the board. rebuilt carbs new floats and gaskets and main jet. and now idles rough. it Did this before i rebuilt them but just want to fix it . what is the proper way to set the air mixture screws on the carbs?
