1995 150 oceanpro spark plug

Champ has listing QL78yc with an alternate plug L78yc.I know the Q means resistor/supressor plug.Its for my center console with no radio or electronics.Does the resistor matter in my application???? Im thinking it does not but I am usually wrong.....Charlie

The Q suppressor is designed to work better with your motor's ign system. It don't care about your radio....
