1995 150hp Mariner power pack

Hey i bought a 150 mariner. When i first purchased it I could tell the three left cylinders stayed very cool, like there was no spark. So I changed the power pack and it ran perfect, but now my brand new power pack went back to the same thing. What do you think would cause my power pack to stop working?

Did you replace both switch boxes? Have you tested the stator?

A bad bia's circuit... the pack thats working is actually the bad one. Replace both packs.You can swap the red & blue wires to opposite to see if no fire condition follows to other pack,if so stator if bad...
