1995 5 hp mercury - serial # od981142 . has not been run in about a year , will start and run but have to choke engine every time i start it and won't idle . pull and pull and it won't start. choke it and will start every time. it's like it runs out of gas .i have put new gas in tank. when i quit useing last year it ran great no problems . cleaned carb ,put on new filter, new plug , new fuel line, could it be the fuel pump.
