1995 70hp Evinrude,water in oil

I just checked the oil on my OB,and there was about a 1/8 of a TSP of water,looked like pure water,not mixed with oil that came out of the bottom srcew hole (filler srew) I was puzzled at this because it was pure water and not mixed with the oil ( milky) I am leaning,hoping that it is just the O-ring on the filler screw that is the problem.Why wouldn't the water be mixed? TIA

How long had it been since the motor was run in gear? A leaky fill screw or condensation from sitting would answer the puzzle if not run for days.-
