1995 Bayliner Mercruiser 4.3 V6 Fluids Question

When i open the rear compartment of my 95 Capri, there are many fluids. One says black and says its drive oil. Right when i stand in the boat and look at the motor, on the upper right side closest to me, is a somewhat triangular fluid compartment with a black top.. its not very big, but its low and i can't figure out what fluid goes in there. Its not the gear out for outdrive cause that is in a clear thing, and i know its not engine oil. Anyone have this motor and know?
